Challenge Rosti needed to strengthen its global business development capability and generate new leads in international markets. The goal was to leverage senior executives' LinkedIn presence more strategically — turning dormant profiles into active channels for brand visibility and client acquisition.

Solution Grandpro managed LinkedIn accounts for four senior executives and sales leaders, developing tailored content strategies and conducting targeted outreach to identify and engage potential clients. In parallel, we built and operated Rosti's WeChat official account, establishing a foundational digital presence in China.

Result Within three months, our LinkedIn BD efforts directly contributed to securing a new client in the Middle East — with a contract value exceeding seven figures. The WeChat account was successfully handed over to Rosti's China team after a structured three-month onboarding period.
